Cancellation Policy

Understanding when and how you can cancel your payment or service.

1. Service Cancellation

Admin fee payments for profile verification cannot be cancelled once the verification process has begun. This is because our team immediately starts working on document verification and profile approval.

2. Pre-Verification Cancellation

If you wish to cancel before verification starts (within 1 hour of payment), contact support@divinematch.net immediately. Cancellation may be possible if verification has not commenced.

3. Payment Cancellation Scenarios

4. Account Deactivation

Users can deactivate their profiles at any time after verification, but admin fees are non-refundable as the verification service has been provided.

5. Cancellation Process

  1. Email support@divinematch.net immediately
  2. Include payment ID, order ID, and reason for cancellation
  3. We will check if verification has started
  4. If eligible, cancellation processed within 24 hours
  5. Refund initiated within 5-7 working days

6. Force Majeure

In case of technical issues, server downtime, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel transactions and provide full refunds.

Note: Once profile verification is completed, the service is considered delivered and cancellation is not possible.
