01 How do I get started on DivineMatch?
  • Tap the Register button in the top navigation to create your account.
  • Open the verification email and confirm your address so we know it's you.
  • Complete each step of your profile at your pace (you can save and resume) and finish by selecting Submit for Review so moderators can approve it.
02 Why is my status showing "Incomplete Profile"?
  • All required profile sections must be filled in - this includes a verified phone number, church details, and at least one profile photo.
  • After each section, hit save and when everything is complete, choose Submit for Review.
  • If any required field is blank, the status remains "Incomplete" and automated reminders will keep nudging you.
03 Where is the moderator list and how do I contact them?
  • Immediately after you select Submit for Review, you'll see the moderator list near the bottom of the confirmation screen.
  • At any time, log in and go to Account > Profile; just below your profile photo is the View Moderator List button.
  • For the fastest response, reach out via email or WhatsApp using the contact details shown there.
04 How long does moderator approval take?
  • After you contact your moderator, they'll review your profile, share the short list of documents needed, and book a verification slot.
  • During that appointment they confirm the documents, complete a quick video check, and - if all looks good - activate your profile.
  • The entire process typically begins within 24-48 hours once you've reached out.
05 Can I update my information after approval?
  • Yes - navigate to Account > Profile and use the icons beside each section to make changes.
  • Significant updates (e.g., phone number, church affiliation, identity documents) prompt a quick re-check by moderators to keep everyone safe.
06 What payment options are available for premium services?
  • There are no recurring payments or tiered plans - just a single one-time activation contribution that unlocks every feature for life.
  • Click the Pay Now button to complete a secure checkout via Stripe (global cards) or Razorpay (India).
  • The platform automatically selects the correct gateway and currency based on your country and emails a digital invoice immediately.
07 How does DivineMatch keep my data safe?
  • All browsing and profile data are protected through encrypted connections.
  • Manual verification plus activity monitoring ensures only vetted members access sensitive details.
  • You can hide or reveal elements such as contact information anytime via the Privacy Settings panel.
08 I cannot log in - what should I check first?
  • Sign in to your Google or Facebook account in a fresh tab before returning to DivineMatch.
  • Select the matching login button on DivineMatch - the session handoff will carry you directly to your dashboard.
  • Need to reset access? Use the provider's Forgot Password process first, then log back into DivineMatch.
