Our refund policy complies with RBI Guidelines (India) and international payment processing standards.

Important: This policy complies with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines on Payment Aggregators (March 17, 2020) for Indian users and international payment processing standards including PCI DSS compliance for users worldwide.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Failures: Payment deducted but service not activated due to technical issues
  • Duplicate Payments: Multiple charges for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Payments made without user consent

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Profile verification completed successfully
  • User decides not to use service after payment
  • Profile rejected due to false information provided by user
  • Claims of "no matches", "poor service", or "changed mind" — we facilitate introductions only
  • International currency conversion fees or bank charges

4. Refund Process

  1. Email support@divinematch.net with transaction details
  2. Provide payment ID, order ID, and reason for refund
  3. We will investigate within 24 hours
  4. Eligible refunds processed to original payment method
  5. Bank processing may take additional 3-5 working days

5. Payment Gateway Compliance

For Indian Users: All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is fully compliant with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines on Payment Aggregators. Razorpay is RBI-regulated and follows all Indian banking standards.

For International Users: All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest security standard in the payment industry). Stripe complies with international payment processing standards and regulations including GDPR for European users.

All refunds are processed through the original payment gateway to the original payment method. We do not store card details on our servers, ensuring maximum security for all users globally.

6. Geographic Payment Processing

  • India: Payments in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay (RBI-regulated)
  • All Other Countries: Payments in US Dollars (USD) via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
  • Automatic Routing: Our system automatically routes you to the appropriate payment gateway based on your location
  • Refund Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment
